| We require a valid state identification and credit card number to be presented at time of rental. All rental equipment charges must be paid for at the time of rental. All rentals charges are for one day only, but the equipment can be rented for more than one day. A rental agreement must be signed at the time of rental. The credit card number will not be charged unless the equipment is not returned within three business days from the date it was due. There will be a $10 late fee per day incurred on each piece of equipment that is not returned on the date due; unless prior arrangements have been made. Any equipment not returned within 5 days of the due date, the rentor may be charged fair market value for the replacement of the equipment. All equipment must be returned clean and undamaged (beyond normal wear and tear). There will be a $10 service charge for any equipment returned that is soiled. Any equipment returned damaged, the rentor will be charged fair market value for the repair or replacement of the equipment, whichever is the lesser. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
